| Oliver, Martin G., Sr.
age 63, beloved husband of Mildred on Tuesday, October 11, 2011. Born in
Newark the son of Martin and Carmella (Caliendo) Oliver, he lived in
Belleville before moving to Hewitt 32 years ago. Mr. Oliver was an Army
Veteran serving in the Vietnam War (1967-69). An EMt for Adamo
Ambulance, Totowa, he was Captain of Upper Greenwood Lake 1st Aid Squad.
Along with his wife, he is survived by sons Martin G.Oliver,Jr.of Hewitt
and Eric J. Oliver of Riverdale, 5 brothers Ralph of Verona, Nelson of
Boonton, Gerald of Bloomfield, Alan of Maine and Richard of Whiting, 4
sisters Marlene Oliver of Bloomfield, Julia Hahn of Nutley, Alice
Ferracio of Belleville and Rosemarie Hicks of Alabama and a cherised
granddaughater Ashlyn. His parents and sisters Catherine Adams, Maryann
Nardone and Angel Bambo predeceased him. Funeral Liturgy 11AM Monday
(10/17) at St. Lucy's Church, 118 7th Avenue, Newark, NJ 07104.
Interment Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington. Visiting Sunday (10/16)
