He had been employed as a machine operator by Marotta Valve, Boonton, NJ. In addition to his wife, also surviving are son, James of Butler, daughter, Leveda Troy of WY, sister, Fay Thomas of TX, sister-in-law, Shirley Hicks of Stockholm, NJ, and grandchildren, Robert and Catherine Hicks.
