Aussenheimer, Robert, 87, of Bloomingdale, NJ on Friday, October 23, 2020. Beloved husband of Mary (Gallagher) Aussenheimer. Born in Hackensack, NJ, he was the son of the late Christian and Augusta (Schmidt) Aussenheimer. Robert was employed by the Wayne Post Office as a mail carrier for over 40 years, an Army veteran of the Korean War and a member of the American Legion Post 242. Surviving in addition to his wife are two sons, Robert Scott of North Caldwell, NJ and William Joseph of Campbell Hall, NY. Also surviving are seven grandchildren. MacMillan, David G., age 88, passed away peacefully at home on October 23rd with his beloved wife of 64 years, Barbara Ann (Lange), by his side. David was born in North Bergen to Alexander and LouiseMacMillan. He is survived by his brother Donald MacMillan and predeceased by his sister Eileen Edger. He graduated from Hackensack High School, attended Teterboro School of Aeronautics and then joined the Army in 1953, serving during the Korean Conflict. David worked for IBM as a Branch Manager for 35 years. David was the loving father to Patricia and Jay Goff, Linda MacMillan, David MacMillan and Edwin Salgado, and Lori and Thomas Kelley. He is survived by eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. In his retirement, David, was a Trustee for The Aviation Hall of Fame in Teterboro, enjoyed Saturday night dinners out with Barbara, visits from family and friends, sitting on his porch, boat rides around the lake, Sunday car rides followed by Sunday dinners with his loved ones at home. He was able to enjoy his aviation passion by spending time at the “port” with his fellow airplane enthusiasts and treasured airplanes. Visitation will be Sunday, November 1st from 2 - 5 PM at Richards Funeral Home, 1440 Union Valley Road, West Milford, NJ 07457. No service is planned at this time. Mayer, Clare Frances passed from this life into the arms of her Savior, Jesus Christ, and her beloved husband, Joe, on October 16, 2020. Clare was born in Teaneck, New Jersey. She and Joe (Joseph Charles Mayer, who preceded her in death on July 31, 2000) welcomed into this world seven children: Joseph Mayer (Robin Mayer); Robert Mayer (deceased 2019); Gary Mayer (deceased 1983); Kathy Flynn (Michael Flynn); Susan Gangi (Michael Gangi); Diane Mayer (Charles Deighton); and Thomas Mayer (Carlos Goncalves). Clare and Joe had 12 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Clare graduated as a Registered Nurse from St. Mary’s School of Nursing in Passaic, New Jersey. Her ability to care for others was felt by patients throughout her career at St. Mary's Hospital. Her love and caring was felt most by her children, their spouses, their children and grandchildren. Clare was a dear neighbor and friend to many while raising her family in Wood Ridge, New Jersey and during retirement among the residents of Cedar Glen Homes in Toms River, New Jersey. No relation was more important to her or more central to her life than her bond with her husband, Joe, who surely has longed to be reunited with the love of his life since his passing more than twenty years ago. We, her family and friends, rejoice in her life; she has blessed each of us. And now she is at peace. A viewing will be held Monday, October 19, 2020 at Richards Funeral Home in West Milford, NJ from 5:00-8:00 p.m. A Mass of Remembrance will be celebrated at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church in Hewitt, NJ at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, October 20, 2020, with interment to follow at George Washington Memorial Cemetery in Paramus, New Jersey. Milligan, Roderick Randall David Jr., 26, of Oak Ridge on Monday, October 5, 2020. Born in Newton, NJ, he was the son of Roderick Milligan Sr. and Virginia Bensley. Roderick was employed as a Grounds man and recently promoted to a Crew Leader for North Jersey Tree Specialist of Wayne, NJ. Surviving are a son, Roderick Milligan III, three brothers, Coty DeFreese, Drue Milligan and Louis Milligan, two sisters, Olyvia Milligan and Rachel Milligan, his paternal grandmother, Mary Ann Milligan and Step-Mother, Darlene Milligan. O'Dell, Daniel, affectionately known as “Digger Dan”, passed away early Saturday, October tenth, from lung cancer. He is survived by his daughter, Kacey O'Dell, her sons Nicholas Shinn, and Alan Shinn, of Vernon, along with his brother, Allen Richard O'Dell, and close friend, Tab Sanders; both of West Milford. Picioccio, John C., 85, of West Milford on Thursday, October 8, 2020. Beloved husband of Cecile (D’Albero) Picioccio. Born in Staten Island, NY to John and Marie (Guilano) Picioccio, he has been a resident of West Milford for the past 57 years, moving here from Allendale, NJ. John was a charter member and a 4th degree member of the Knights of Columbus of West Milford and employed as an inventory specialist for the Ford Motor Co, in Mahwah, NJ. Also surviving are a son, John J. of Bloomingdale and a daughter, Yvonne Reeves of Stanhope, NJ. Predeceased by a brother, Robert. Three grandchildren also survive. Shaw, Kathryn B., on Wednesday, October 21st, 2020 passed away at the age of 53 with her family by her side. Kathryn, known as Katie to friends and family. She was a devoted wife and loving mother who enchanted everyone she met with her quick wit, huge smile, and warm personality. Her beauty was obvious, inside and out. She was preceded in death by her mother, Elizabeth, father, Donald, and brother, Jeffrey. She is survived by her husband, Choncy, her three daughters, Ava, Julia, and Lauren, and her siblings, Lisa, Donald, Beth and Joanna. Skerchock, Edward, 83, of Woodcliff Lake, NJ, formerly of West Milford, NJ, passed away on October 6, 2020. Born on April 7, 1937 to the late Michael and Anna (Smetana) Skerchock in Nesquehoning, PA. Edward was a Senior Mechanic for the Passaic County Road Department in Paterson, NJ. He is predeceased by his loving wife Margaret (2018). Survivors include, Brother-in-Law, Joseph Buzansky of Old Tappan, Nephew, John Buzansky and his wife Tonie of Jamison, PA, Niece, Kathryn Stankus and her husband Jim of River Vale, NJ, and three Grand-Nieces, Sarah, Christa, Emma, and one Grand-Nephew, Josiah.
